  A few weeks back we enjoyed our Saturday breakfast at The Younger Brother. Great service and a lovely atmosphere inside. We had the Breakfast burger and the Harissa Benedict. We thoroughly enjoyed both of the dishes. The Brioche bun on the breakfast burger was nice and soft. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly and went well with the house made BBQ sauce. The poached eggs were nice and runny with the Benedict. The Harissa Hollandaise and the apple sticks was a lovely combination.
  A great place to head into for a good coffee and a delicious meal.

  I used to live in North Melbourne, where great cofee was abundant. Since returning to the east I haven't tasted coffee anywhere near the likes of which served at Auction Rooms or The Premises. Today that changed. They were serving an Indonesian brew, which was fruity, complex and perfectly extracted. It's so nice to taste a coffee (out here) that doesn't taste like it was extracted with ashen lava.
  
  I sat in for breakfast too. Their menu is a good size, with a balanced ratio of 'usual suspects' to 'YOLO' choices. Their were plenty of staff on the floor, all of them working hard while being polite and friendly. I will definitely be returning!
